Konnos Bay - Cyprus

The next beach I want to share is Konnos Beach at Protaras. In order to get to the beach you have to go as far as you can with a car and then on foot. The view of the Bay as you descent is just outstanding.

Akamas - Blue Lagoon - Paphos - Cyprus

What can I say, Akamas coastline is something you must not miss! The easiest and safer way to visit Akamas is to join the mini cruises locals offer at Latchi village. Once you reach the Blue Lagoon you can jump off the boat and swim around the clearest water you have ever seen. It looks like one big natural pool - without the chemicals. Last year I was the first to jump and last to get back on the boat cause it was really amazing!!!

Larnaca Finikoudes Beach

Larnaca is something different. If you don't have time to go around the entire city you just have to go to Finikoudes Beach.

It has everything in just a single road without being overcrowded.

1. Beach and sand for that holiday tan and for swimming!
2. Classy Restaurants, Fast food restaurants, coffee shops and pubs
3. Sightseeing at the Medieval Fortress of Larnaca and museum
4. A small yacht marine where you can walk to and also go for a mini cruise along the coastline.
5. Hotels and apartments
6. The old Palm trees that go along the road (Finikoudes word is from the word Finikas = Palm Tree)

Millomeri Waterfalls - Platres, Cyprus

This place was a small treasure for me when I first visited it. The geomorphology of the area is astonishing. The pictures here are from our visit during January. Will update this post with new pictures when we visit again this Summer.
