Ayia Marina Chrysochous - Cyprus
Ayia Marina Chrysochous is a small village near Akamas. This is a virgin Mediterannean area with quiet hotels and restaurants. The rocks arrangement at the sea side of Ayia Marina is perfect for a few moments of relaxation and inspiration...if you are looking for a place to read a book or to paint a unique seaside, this is the perfect place ....
Tombs of the Kings - Paphos Sightseeing
If you want to do some time travel back in the ancient Paphos you should visit the Tombs of the Kings. This was a burial area for the elite Ptolemaic aristocrats during the time Cyprus was under the Ptolemaic Rule.

Churches of Cyprus - Παναγία Χρυσοσπηλιώτισσα
Cyprus is considered a Holy island. This is the place where Apostle Paul and Barnabas started their journey to spread the word about the truth, Jesus Christ. Since then, hundred of churches have been built and beside their religious importance, they are part of the island's history and identity.
Lately I visited a church found in a cave at Deftera village in Nicosia which is dedicated to the Mother of God. Visitors arrive from all over to pay respect to the icon that presents the Mother of God and pray for her intervention in their life.
I took several photos but I think these are better to see the Before and After of the cave through the decades.
